I/We hereby apply for voluntary membership to the Employers’ Organisation for Hairdressing, Cosmetology, and Beauty (EOHCB) and willingly commit to pay the monthly subscription fee of R674.00 and to adhere to the established rules and regulations, which may be subject to periodic updates and amendments.
In the event that I decide to resign from the EOHCB, I undertake to initiate the resignation process through written communication, providing a minimum of three months' notice.
Furthermore, I acknowledge and accept the obligation to remit a one-time non-refundable administrative fee in the amount of R400.00 to the EOHCB as part of my membership application.
By signing this membership application, the applicant acknowledges and consents to the processing of their personal information by the EOHCB in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The applicant also agrees to the sharing of their personal information with third parties who may communicate information on behalf of the EOHCB.
Purpose of Processing:
The EOHCB may process your personal information for the following purposes:
Application Processing: To evaluate your application for membership, collective bargaining, or related services provided by the EOHCB.
Communication: To communicate with you regarding your application, membership status, and other relevant matters.
Regulatory Compliance: To ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including reporting to relevant authorities when necessary.
Third-Party Sharing:
The EOHCB may share your personal information with third parties, including but not limited to service providers, vendors, or contractors who assist in the provision of services and communication on behalf of the EOHCB. These third parties are contractually obligated to protect your personal information and may only use it for the purposes specified by the EOHCB.

The EOHCB takes the security of your personal information seriously and implements reasonable measures to safeguard it against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
