With over five years of progressive experience, he has provided high-level HR and Industrial Relations (IR) services and administrative support across various industries. In his new role as an Industrial Relations Officer for the EOHCB in the Eastern Cape, he is passionate about the full HR lifecycle and dedicated to assisting employers and their employees in fostering a harmonious work environment, thereby aligning with the EOHCB’s vision and mission.
As the Industrial Relations Officer for the Eastern Cape Division, he will assist members with all labour relations queries and support. His diverse skill set includes talent management, employer and employee relations, training and change management, and HR policy implementation. His comprehensive experience across the HR spectrum positions him as a valuable asset to our team and members.
