In the October 2022 edition of the EOHCB Journal, we remind members of the closing date for photographic submissions for the 2022 EOHCB Digital Hair, Nail, and Makeup Artistry Competition. There is still time to enter any of the 9 hosted sections with amazing prizes to be awarded to winners sponsored by Professional Brands and Industry Stakeholders. We highlight the convening of meetings by the Board of the EOHCB as per our Constitution as we recently concluded both the National Executive Committee and Annual General Meetings.
Harassment in the workplace is addressed as employers have an obligation to eliminate and prevent harassment in the workplace as per the Code of Good Practice, we share information about how employers and or potential employers can identify high-potential employees, and Terry Miles from My Salon Software shares his ideas on how to grow a successful and profitable business.
